Valentine’s Day, 2013. Yup, it’s been a while. Back then, proposing a leading brand like Movistar a tool to kick the phone habit for all its clients was kind of bold. Somehow, it worked.

Devil is in the details.

From hand-drawing each and every screen with a friendly, cartoonish design to sending a chocolate QR code to phone addicts, we tried to assess a real problem without shaming people (or, should we say, pissing off 19.4M clients).
